Getting started
  • We will send you an activation email with the procedure for activating the Virtual Clinic service.
  • If you are a holder of one of our cards and you have not received an activation email yet, you can request it at the reception or via our customer line at 222 300 300.
  • You can also activate Online Chat with a Doctor via our customer line when making an appointment with a doctor.

Have you received the activation e-mail?
  • 1. Open the activation e-mail and click on the link virtualniklinika.eucpremium.cz.
  • 2. Enter your sign-in data: e-mail address and password.
  • 3. Enter the PIN from the activation e-mail.

Finished. You can begin consulting with our doctors.

Access to the EUC Virtual Clinic

You have the following options:

  • Use the To chat with a doctor button on the homepage of the EUC Premium website.
  • You can use the address virtualclinic.eucpremium.cz.
  • When making an appointment with a doctor, the client line can help you arrange an online chat and send you the link by email.
Consulting:
  • 1. Sign in on the virtualclinic.eucpremium.cz page.
  • 2. Choose a medical topic, fill out and submit the questionnaire.
  • 3. A doctor will review the questionnaire and contact you within approximately 30 minutes.
  • 4. If an in-person visit is necessary, the client line will immediately make an appointment with a doctor for you – all within chat.
