Now we use your MRN to identify you. You will find it in your contract, or on you EUR Premium client card. If you need anything, we are ready to take your call on the client line, 222 300 300.

The EUC Premium customer service line employs trained operators, who will answer all your questions and comments in Czech or English, book your appointments for examinations or samples, or ensure that our staff get in touch with you.
You can also call this number to request a consultation with a physician or a doctor’s visit to your home. In the evening, night and early morning yours from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. and on weekend and public holidays, a medical nurse is available at this number, who will mediate contact with our physician in cases of urgent need.
